"Felt like a bait and switch"
I bought this Dreo fan thinking it would be a solid little upgrade, at first it seemed fine. It wasn’t blowing me away or anything, but it was quiet enough and did what I needed it to do.
Then after just a few weeks, it started acting up. There’s this irritating rattling sound now, the fan speed randomly changes on its own, and the remote only works when it decides to. It really went from seeming decent to feeling cheap fast.
For what I paid, I expected it to last way longer than this. It kind of feels like a bait and switch because it seemed good right out of the box, then quickly turned into a hassle. Disappointed, and I doubt I’d buy from Dreo again.

I like the idea of the smart features, and when they work, they’re handy. For my day-to-day use, though, the app feels a little flaky, sometimes it responds fine, other times it’s not as smooth as I’d expect. It’s not a dealbreaker for me, but it does make the overall experience feel kind of hit or miss.

"Pretty GOOD for the price"
I bought a Dreo fan from the site i’m happy with it. Shipping wasn’t lightning fast or anything, but it was totally fine. The fan feels like decent quality and it definitely works better than my old one, so for what I paid, it feels like a GOOD deal. I’m taking off one star because setting up the app was kind of annoying at first, but once I got past that, everything worked well. Overall, I’d say it’s worth it

"Feels a bit cheaper than I expected"
I bought this from dreo.com, my first impression was decent because it worked fine right away. But after using it for a little while, I started noticing the build doesn’t feel as solid as I personally expected. A few parts feel kind of plasticky, and some areas already seem a bit loose, which makes me question how long it’ll actually hold up. It still runs, so I wouldn’t say it’s awful, but for the price, I was expecting something that felt sturdier. Overall, it’s not terrible, just a little disappointing to me.

"Warranty support felt honestly unfair"
I tried getting help through customer service, but it felt like they kept dodging my questions and passing me around. The warranty ended up being basically useless, which just doesn’t feel right when a company promises support after you buy something

"Has anyone else found the website frustrating?"
I tried ordering from dreo.com the whole process felt more annoying than it should’ve been. The pages were a bit confusing, checkout had way too many steps, and I ended up having to redo parts of my order twice. I’m not sure if it was just me or if other people have had the same experience, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth one.

The weird part is, I wasn’t expecting much noise from it, but the fan ended up being really loud. It works, but the sound is just too much for me to deal with regularly.

I was browsing Dreo and overall it gave me a good impression. The layout looks clean, the colors are simple, and the product photos made it easy to compare a few things without feeling overwhelmed. On my laptop, some sections did feel a little too spread out, but if the rest of their shopping experience is like this, I’d say the site is user-friendly overall.
